My client is looking for a Payroll / HR Admin to join their small friendly team
Responsibilities will include:
- Process payroll on a regular basis using payroll software
- Verify timekeeping records and consult employees about any discrepancies
- Calculate bonuses, commissions, and deductions - Address employees queries regarding payroll matters
- Maintain accurate records of payroll/HR documentation and transactions
- Ensure proper maintenance of HR employee data management
- Stay updated on payroll legislation and best practices
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Payroll/HR Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in payroll software.
- Knowledge of payroll/HR systems and accounting software
- Strong understanding of accounts payable principles
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to analyse numerical data accurately and efficiently
