Basic duties to include:

Assessment of projects packs and preparation of quotes and costings
Dealing with sub contract partners, issuing drawings, specifications etc. and compiling costing information
Working closely with colleague teams in other departments - project management, design, purchasing
Negotiation with suppliers, developing supplier base
Ongoing document preparation and necessary reporting
Client meetings as required

Required is a year or 2 experience + in estimating for volume kitchens and / or bedroom or loose furniture for developments in their target sectors.

Degree education preferred
