Basic duties to include:
- Assessment of projects packs and preparation of quotes and costings
- Dealing with sub contract partners, issuing drawings, specifications etc. and compiling costing information
- Working closely with colleague teams in other departments - project management, design, purchasing
- Negotiation with suppliers, developing supplier base
- Ongoing document preparation and necessary reporting
- Client meetings as required
Required is a year or 2 experience + in estimating for volume kitchens and / or bedroom or loose furniture for developments in their target sectors.
