Part Time HR Manager - 25 hours per week, Halifax

If so, then we’re excited to be partnering with a leading and growing social purpose organisation based in Halifax to recruit a part time HR Manager.

As HR Manager you will be responsible for managing and elevating their HR function, whilst strategically driving and delivering key projects to continually build on their people and culture goals. With just over 100 employees, you’ll manage and be supported by HR Administrator and with access to an external consultancy.

You’ll be joining a socially conscious organisation dedicated to their purpose and reinvesting back into the community. You’ll be joining a culture which is already positive, supportive, and transparent with further people investment and growth plans ahead.

Established over 20 years ago and currently experiencing rapid growth with much more planned means its crucial to recruit a HR Manager to drive their people strategy forward. This is a newly created role and reporting into the Finance Director

Overall responsibility involves developing, engaging and retaining their current people resources, whilst driving and supporting their ambitions growth plans.

The Role:

Managing and overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, coupled with key exciting projects focusing on enhancing recruitment, on boarding, people development and ups killing managers.

Revamping policies and procedures, refreshing and improving recruitment and on boarding experiences.

Driving initiatives to achieve a key goal of becoming an employer of choice.

Performance monitoring, people development and career mapping.

Improve employee relations through coaching, educating and mentoring line managers.

Reporting and reviewing HR related progress, alongside creating solutions, and keeping up to date on legislation, HR hot topics and bringing new ideas and concepts into the organisation.

Ideal Profile:

Qualified to CIPD Level 5 or above.

Previous HR experience at managerial level

Fully conversant with all aspects of the employee life cycle to include ER management.

Passionate about your growth and developing people and cultures.
