  • Prompt Response to Inquiries: Skill in responding promptly to email campaign inquiries and website sample requests.
  • Influential Sales Approach: Ability to influence customers, secure new business, and cross-sell associated products effectively.
  • Track Record of Success: Demonstrated achievement of sales targets in alignment with KPIs.
  • Market and Competitor Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Handle inbound calls from customers with clarity and professionalism.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand customer needs and provide optimal solutions.
  • Proactive Engagement: Actively connect with potential leads and listen to customer requirements attentively.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in dealing with order and costing queries, and proficient in creating ad-hoc sales reports.
  • Systems Proficiency: Comfortable updating orders, prices, order confirmations, and stock levels in the company's systems.
