Sales Manager required. My client is a leading supplier of hydraulic and electric submersible pumps. They are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to bolster their team in Glasgow, the ideal candidate will come from a Field Sales background, have previous construction / water infrastructure experience, and be familiar with pumps and rotating equipment. You will need to be based within a commutable distance of Glasgow and be prepared to travel with the role to be considered for this vacancy.
Sales Manager Position Overview
- Generate Revenue through the hire of Hydraulic and Electric Submersible pumps
- Winning new business and customers through a range of techniques
- Supporting the field sales team in the area as required
- Managing key accounts and developing existing relationships
- Travelling to customer sites throughout the Midlands
- Spending one day in the depot per week as required
Sales Manager Position Requirements
- A strong background in Field Sales is essential
- Previous experience in the Construction or Water infrastructure industries
- Proficient at winning new business through a range of techniques
- Strong knowledge of Pumps and their associated systems
- Prepared to travel throughout the Scotland
- Full Clean Driving licence
- Based Locally to Glasgow
Sales Manager Position Remuneration
- Salary £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
- Full time Monday - Friday
- Company Vehicle
- Bonus Scheme
