Due to continued growth they are looking to grow their team with a quality-focused engineer.In this role you will be tasked with fulfilling client requirements while in conformance with regulations such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. You will carry out root cause analysis and process non-conformance while improving quality processes in the business.The ideal candidate will be a Quality Engineer or similar from complex manufacturing environment, such as automotive, aerospace or other manufacturing. The role will involve speaking directly with clients, so customer facing experience is highly beneficial.The Role:*Monday - Thursday (8:15am - 17:00pm) & Friday (8:15am - 13:30pm)*Implementing quality processes*Ensuring conformance with regulations*Root cause analysis and process non-conformance proceduresThe Person:*Experience in Quality Engineering*Manufacturing experience, such as automotive, aerospace or other complex manufacturing*Knowledge of any of the following is beneficial (not required): IATF 16949, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001
