We are seeking an organised and proactive Office Manager to join our retail team in East Kilbride. The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Description

  • Oversee the smooth running of the office, ensuring all operational procedures are adhered to
  • Handle administrative tasks including scheduling and correspondence
  • Manage staff rotas, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times
  • Liaise with suppliers and maintain inventory of office supplies
  • Assist with the planning and execution of company events
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and productive work environment

Profile

A successful Office Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in an office management role
