Description

  • Prepare and manage purchase orders and related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on procurement activities to relevant stakeholders.
  • Resolve any supply chain disruptions in a proactive and efficient manner.
  • Data Analysis & Cost Optimisation: Use Excel to analyse procurement data, conduct price comparisons, and track trends to enhance purchasing decisions.

Profile

A successful Procurement Coordinator should have:

  • Min. 1 year experience in procurement or supply chain within the industrial, manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage procurement activities effectively.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for procurement and supply chain management.
