Our client in Harlow is a well established and independent distributor who are rapidly expanding and require a strong Administrator to work in their team. the ideal candidate will need to have exceptional IT skills including Excel
  1. Customer Portal Management:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to develop and maintain customer portals that provide an intuitive and engaging user experience.
    • Oversee the design, layout, and functionality of customer portals, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
    • Monitor portal performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
  2. Product Information Management:
    • Manage and update product information across various platforms
    • Work closely with product management and procurement teams to gather accurate product data, including descriptions and specifications. 
    • Ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all product-related content.
  3. Team Collaboration:
    • Liaise with various internal teams, such as sales, operations, and logistics, to gather insights and feedback for projects.
    • Foster a collaborative work environment by facilitating communication and coordination among team members and external partners.
    • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, sharing best practices and mentorship as needed.
Requirements :
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptionally strong IT skills including Excel
  • Passion for the logistics/supply chain industry and a desire to contribute to its growth and success.
Benefits:
  • starting salary of £25,000
