- Customer Portal Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to develop and maintain customer portals that provide an intuitive and engaging user experience.
- Oversee the design, layout, and functionality of customer portals, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
- Monitor portal performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Product Information Management:
- Manage and update product information across various platforms
- Work closely with product management and procurement teams to gather accurate product data, including descriptions and specifications.
- Ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all product-related content.
- Team Collaboration:
- Liaise with various internal teams, such as sales, operations, and logistics, to gather insights and feedback for projects.
- Foster a collaborative work environment by facilitating communication and coordination among team members and external partners.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, sharing best practices and mentorship as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptionally strong IT skills including Excel
