- Working alongside our Technical Department to gain a full understanding of each project and products on the project.
- Working alongside our warehouse to arrange deliveries and collections ensuring accurate and appropriate paperwork is prepared and checked for each delivery
- Chasing and pressing suppliers for prices/progress/answers
- Dealing with Returns & Debit Notes
- Assisting with aftersales
- General office administration duties

- Have the skills and knowledge to identify the causes of problems and then able to help problem solve and find solutions to overcome them
- Sound judgement and able to make decisions
- Able to plan and prioritise multiple tasks at one time
