Chef / Cook required in Old Harlow - Immediate Start!
12pm - 8pm, Monday - Friday (flexibility is required for occasional mornings and weekends)
£18.00 - £19.00 per hour - weekly payment

Duties:

Menu planning and ordering of goods
-
Maintaining flexible and varied menus
-
Maintaining catering function within given budget
-
Stock control and ordering of food and catering sundries
-
Cleaning of kitchen/dining room as directed
-
Compliance with Health and Safety procedures
-
Compliance with food Hygiene Regulations
-
To organise facilities, catering, resources and logistics for all functions and events
-
Work in conjunction with the Finance Manager to provide actual costs of meals, with a view to establish an appropriate benchmark level for future meals; keeping costs at a minimum
