Are you an experienced HR Administrator who has a background of working within an HR function and now looking to join a forward thinking, market leader?

Casanovas Recruitment Solutions are working on behalf of a widely respected and exceptionally accomplished organisation, who genuinely care about their employees and willing to support you in your personal development.

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HR Administrator with a thorough understanding of using direct candidate attraction methodologies and who can support the HR team with all aspects of HR Administration.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Responsible for meeting recruitment SLA’s and dealing with all relationships within the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Proactively using direct candidate attraction, writing adverts and use of all main recruitment platforms.
  • RTW checks, Inductions, Payroll liaison, DBS checks, credit checks where required, probation reviews, on-boarding etc.
  • Data input to company CRM system, keeping up to date employee and confidential information accurately and effectively.
  • Working closely with HR Assistant to follow all HR processes and procedures.
  • General HR Administration duties and responsibilities

About you…

  • You must demonstrate previous HR Administration and Recruitment background, from any industry sector.
  • Effective communicator, accurate written English, great administration skills
  • Computer literate, previous experience with ATS or HRIS ideal.
  • Self-motivated, driven and takes pride in their work.
  • Friendly, bubbly and enjoys working as part of a team as well as an individual.
  • CIPD Level 3 would be a real bonus but not essential.
