Job Title: Sales Manager- Fire & Security

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the estimating team to provide accurate and competitive project bids.
- Review and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the fire & security industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in estimating and pricing projects.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
