A fantastic opportunity for a bright administrator to join a successful established and growing company in the heart of Harlow on a Permanent basic. The Role: Solicitors Enquiries AdministratorLocation: Harlow Reports to: Solicitors Enquiries ManagerSalary: £22,010- 22,500Job SummaryThe purpose of this role is to support the Solicitors Enquiries team. You’ll be part of a team that leads and co-ordinates the internal processes relating to the buying and selling of properties under management.Responsibilities & Duties• Dealing with all aspects of sales enquiries received in the first instance from Solicitors and Leaseholders alike via email, telephone, and post.• Liaise with both Solicitors and Leaseholders in respect of any additional enquiries raised as and when they arise. • To process all completion paperwork received i.e. Notices of Transfer/Charge, Deeds of Covenants, Share/Membership documentation. • Raising apportionment enquiries in relation to outstanding Service Charge account balances direct with Solicitors dealing via email. • Issuing of Share/Membership Certificates.• Issuing of Compliance Certificates for Land Registry.• Issuing of Welcome Letters and Statements of Accounts.• Maintaining client records .e Landlord/Client/Leaseholders names and addresses. • Downloading Leases/Transfers from Land Registry along with conducting Map Searches.Qualifications & Skills• Experience in Legal or Property Management desired but not essential• Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to self-manage and prioritise work effectively• Works well under pressure and remaining calm• Good attention to detailSpecial RequirementsWorking hours are 37 hours per week Monday to Friday.
