Are you technical-minded and comfortable providing support & navigating WIFI connections, Apps or Gaming?
If you love understanding how Apps and Games function and you are confident in providing customers with support online or by phone, we have a great opportunity for you to join a friendly customer support team.
This opportunity gives you the opportunity to play a vital role in supporting and guiding B2C customers through technical glitches and product features.
As Customer Product Support , your primary responsibilities will include:
- Respond to technical WIFI connections and APP queries.
- Give friendly customer support and guidance over the phone or through Live Chat.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting technical issues on how to navigate how to use APPS from Apple Store or Google Play.
Skills needed:
- Technically minded and experienced in product support.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- A passion for gaming, health, fitness or sport will be a big advantage.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- D2C customer service experience.
