An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Harlow as a Technical Support Engineer.

As the Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support across all departments
  • Managing spare parts data including the quality of data relating to spare parts
  • Assist procurement with spare part identification, liaising with suppliers to acquire accurate descriptions and pricing
  • Perform data mining activities
  • Occasionally assist on site engineers with Biomed equipment repairs and testing.

The successful Technical Support Engineer will have the following related skills / experience:

  • BSc/HND/HNC in Engineering, electronics, or medical technologies
  • Biomedical experience in the service and repair of medical equipment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
