Key responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes for construction projects
- Collaborate with property and procurement teams to develop tender documentation and manage approvals
- Shape contract strategies and routes to market in partnership with senior stakeholders
- Drive procurement projects from planning through to contract award
Profile
A successful Interim Procurement Manager should have:
- Proven experience in public sector procurement, ideally within local government
- Strong knowledge of construction procurement and frameworks
- Operational, hands-on approach to procurement delivery
- Ability to work on-site in Harlow 4 days per week
- Immediate availability preferred
Job Offer
