We’re hiring for a Maintenance Person to join a local property services team based across the High Peak area.
This role will involve clearing and preparing vacant properties for re-occupation, ensuring homes are in good condition and ready for new tenants. It’s a hands-on position that requires someone reliable, practical, and happy to work independently across multiple sites.
What’s on offer?
- £12.89 per hour
- Monday – Thursday, 8:30am – 4:30pm / Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm
- Company van + fuel card provided
- Free onsite parking
What will you be doing as a Maintenance Person?
- Clearing out and tidying vacant domestic properties
- Removing waste, unwanted items, and old fixtures from properties
- Ensuring properties are left clean, safe, and secure
- Reporting any damage or issues back to the team for follow-up
- Driving between multiple sites within the High Peak area
What do you need?
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous experience in a caretaker, property clearance, or labouring role (advantageous)
- A practical, hands-on approach and the ability to use basic tools
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time across locations
