Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food production and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Duties:
- Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation activities
- Help in supervising and training kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to recipes and food safety standards
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create innovative and seasonal menus
- Oversee food production, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following sanitation regulations
- Assist in managing kitchen operations during the absence of the Head Chef
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality industry
- Proven ability to help cook and prepare a variety of cuisines
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques and culinary terminology
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred but not required
