Description
The role of the Personal Assistant will include:
- Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting
- Ensure the smooth functioning of all secretarial and administrative tasks
- Develop and implement effective systems and processes
- Maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Coordinate and manage project schedules and deadlines
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Profile
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
- A degree in Business Management
- Previous personal assistant or executive assistant experience
- Superb organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proven track record of managing and motivating a team
- An understanding of secretarial and business support functions

On offer for the successful candidate is salary, ranging from £25,000 to £27,500 per annum
