- Preparation of monthly management accounts, balance sheet lead schedules and cashflow forecasts.
- Ensuring client contractual requirements are delivered and support with client annual statutory audits.
- Review and approval of annual operating budgets before presentation.
- Attending weekly Client meetingsÂ
- To ensure Standard operating procedures and controls are maintained at all-time.
- Overseeing the team to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided both to internal and external stakeholders.
- Business partnering between Finance and other departments
- To attend internal stakeholder meetingsÂ
- To ensure compliance with any statutory returns or accreditation requirements that arise.
- Support on ad-hoc tasks and reporting.
- To support and maintain best practice in regard to GDPR.
- Be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with strong technical accounting experience and knowledge - Essential
- Have an understanding of property management and/or service charge accounting - Desirable, not essential
- Have experience of internal and external business partnering and client management - Essential
- Be comfortable dealing with and reviewing contracts - Essential
