An award-winning architectural and heritage consultancy practice are looking for a Senior Heritage Consultant to join their team in York.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as Heritage Consultancy Lead in the north region
- Advising on architectural, landscape and masterplanning commissions
- Leading projects with outputs including Heritage Impact Assessments, Conservation Management Plans and Significance and Capacity for Change analysis
They are looking for:
- Demonstrable experience of archival and desk-based research and producing well-written reports
- Strong knowledge of building conservation, heritage planning or buildings archaeology
- Experience planning and managing your own and others workload
- Bid-writing and fee proposals
- Working knowledge of current UK heritage legislation and policy
