We are seeking an enthusiastic individual for the position of Talent Acquisition in our clients Human Resources department who based in Harrogate. The role requires excellent people skills and an understanding of the retail industry.

Description

The role of the Talent Acquisition will include

  • Manage a high volume of vacancies to include the full 360 recruitment life cycle from briefing to offer stage across the business
  • Network through industry contacts and association memberships.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Proven track record of sourcing the best talent utilising internal ATS system, job boards and networking with experience in social media resourcing
  • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Maintain our PSL by developing meaningful relationships with recruitment agencies
  • Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
  • Communicate with job applicants.

Profile

A successful Talent Acquisition should have:

  • Experience of internal recruitment to include candidate talent acquisition essential
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other recruiting software.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information.
  • A deep understanding of the retail industry and its hiring needs.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
  • Strong experience of designing and implementing innovative candidate talent attraction processes
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Job Offer

On offer for the successful candidate is a salary up to £31,000 per annum.
