Location: Central Harrogate
Hours: Full Time - can consider reduced hours
Salary: £24,000 - £27,500
We are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a well-established firm based in Harrogate. In this role, you will be supporting a department of fee earners alongside a team of legal secretaries.
Responsibilities:
• Processing fee earner digital dictation for correspondence and documents
• Updating the Case Management System
• Liaising with clients and dealing with telephone calls, emails and written correspondence
• Opening and archiving files
• To comply at all times with the firm's policies and procedures
• Supporting with billing and payments
• Diary management including arranging client meetings and conference rooms
• Complying to the firm's policies and procedures at all times
