- Liaising with clients via telephone and email, ensuring clients are responded to in a timely manner.
- Updating case management system for client files.
- Undertaking file opening, archiving and day to day filing.
- Complying with the firm's policies and procedures and in line with SRA.
- Providing support to fee earners with billing and payments when required.
- Effective diary management including arranging client meetings and conference rooms.
- Prior experience in Legal / Professional Services sector (highly preferrable).
- Great attention to detail to produce work / documentation which is consistently of a high standard.
- Experienced in both audio and copy typing.
- Familiar with MS Office packages.
- Excellent communication skills and high levels of attention to detail.
- A positive, flexible, can-do attitude.
