Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with diverse educational needs.
  • Work collaboratively with SEN teachers to implement lesson plans.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SEN practices and educational frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to classroom involvement and student engagement.
  • Additional training such as Team-Teach certification is highly desirable.
