We are currently working with a well-established business in Harrow. They are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to come on board and join their team! You will be responsible for developing the QA program that fosters a culture in which all employees are actively engaged to ensure the highest level of product quality and customer service.

Do you have experience in working with chemical, aviation, automotive, medical or similar industries? Do you have detailed knowledge of quality assurance terminology (ISO9001), techniques, and tools (Kaizen, Six Sigma)?

Quality Assurance Specialist duties.

• Document quality assurance activities
• Identify and develop improved processes
• Record and analysis customer complaints and other nonconforming processes.
• Using RCA tools, thoroughly investigate issues and identify effective corrective actions.
• Update and maintain procedures and other Quality related documentation.
• Support internal and external audits.
