You will be responsible for developing the QA program that fosters a culture in which all employees are actively engaged to ensure the highest level of product quality and customer service.

Quality Assurance Specialist duties.

  • Document quality assurance activities
  • Identify and develop improved processes
  • Record and analysis customer complaints and other nonconforming processes.
  • Using RCA tools, thoroughly investigate issues and identify effective corrective actions.
  • Update and maintain procedures and other Quality related documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits.
