What will you be doing?
o Posting adverts on job boards
o Sifting CV's and screening suitable candidates
o Sourcing and screening candidates from various job boards
o Requesting and verifying them right to work documentation
o Updating excel spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy
o Organising, scheduling and sending interview invites
o Managing central inboxes
o Answering and directing phone calls and emails from candidates, clients, send tier suppliers and flexible workers.
o Managing candidate queries via telephone and email
o Navigating and uploading documents onto our in-house applicant tracking system
What we are looking for
We are looking for a positive thinking, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritise and focus on providing an outstanding support to a busy recruitment team.
This role would be suited to an experienced resourcer who is able to work in a fast paced environment.
