• Delivering engaging and tailored English lessons to meet the individual learning needs of students

• Providing one-on-one or small group interventions to support student's progress and achievement
• Collaborating with colleagues and support staff to create personalised learning plans
• Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
• Promoting positive behaviour management techniques and maintaining a safe and respectful classroom culture
