  • Working 1:1 with pupils who require SEN assistance,

  • Underpinning the class teacher's lesson plans,
  • Updating parents on the progress of their child.

Special Educational Needs Assistant - Person specification

  • Psychology or Kindred degree at a 1:1 or 2:1 level,
  • Strong A-Levels and GCSEs
  • Passion for education
  • Charismatic and confident personality
  • Fantastic communication skills
