Our ClientOur client is a highly sought after online retail brand, with a focus on beautiful products, and they are now looking for a Senior Online Trading Manager to support the eCommerce Director in driving the business forward via online trading. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a highly experienced team, with fantastic senior marketers already in the business, with big ambitions and lots of growth ahead.This role is hybrid, with 3 days a week in the office.The RoleThe day to day of this role will be to manage the promotional calendar whilst offering the best possible customer journey across their portfolio of brands. Coordinating technical deployments and trading activity, aligning the websites to their campaign changes whilst optimising to ensure KPIs are met. Responsibilities•    Working with the Ecommerce Director to lead onsite commercial decisions in line with the Trading plan, across a portfolio of brands, with the objective of driving commercial growth through decision making, by delivering best in class website experience and ensuring they have the most relevant website through onsite personalisation tools.•    Own and deliver strategic guidance on web trading and site experience best practices; collaboratively reach decisions and implement growth strategies and to ensure best practices are met for UX and UI.•    Managing and maintaining the marketplace initiatives across the business.•    Working closely with customer service, creative and brand marketing to ensure consistency in messaging and approach across all channels.•    Responsible for third party Shopify apps that deliver cross-sell, sort order and upsell product recommendations on the site, by using a test and repeat model to improve performance.•    Produce trading reporting analysis across all channels on a regular basis to Senior stakeholders.•    Oversee the management and continuously improve on-site search results by reviewing the usage and share insights to the wider team.•    Managing a small team of direct reports within the E-commerce trading function.Experience needed•    Trading Manager / online / web Ecommerce experience in a previous role??????•    Strong analytical skills •    Good understanding of Google Analytics and excel•     Strong communicator & Team player with a can-do attitude, someone who enjoys going above and beyond to support the team where needed •     Dynamic, proactive and adaptable•     Tech savvy and able to troubleshoot issues •     Shopify experience would be highly advantageous
