Position: Recycling Operative
Responsibilities include picking materials from conveyor belt, maximizing quality and recovery rates, housekeeping, maintenance, and general duties
Requirements: ability to work in a team, punctuality, reliability, flexibility in shifts, attention to detail
Salary: £11.44-£12.00 per hour, based on performance tiers
Experience: No specific years required, own transport beneficial

As a recycling operative, you will be responsible for picking various materials from a moving conveyor belt and for a variety of other duties throughout the facility when instructed by your team leader/supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

Picking at defined rates selective materials from a moving conveyor
Ensuring quality and recovery rates are maximised.
Housekeeping of the operator cabins and the facility in general
Operator maintenance of parts of the plant
General duties throughout the facility

Ability to work as a part of team.
Punctuality
Reliability
Flexibility in available shifts
Attention to detail

Your own transport would be beneficial due to the location of the job.

Shifts and Salary:

Mon - Fri

12-hour shift: 7am - 7pm & 7pm - 7am8-hour shift: 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm & 11pm - 7am.

Weekend ONLY
