Our client is a well establish company specialising in compressed air technology and related products and services. They have an established and loyal Customer base, ranging from corporate clients, including food manufacturing, pharmaceutical and automotive through to private individuals. They pride themselves on providing them with a reliable and professional service.

Due to the ongoing expansion of the company, they are now looking for a salesperson to maximise sales from their existing clients and develop new customers across multiple industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to enquiries for compressors and associated equipment in a timely manner;
  • Visiting Customer sites to assess requirements whenever needed;
  • Logging quotations and following up as necessary;
  • Assisting with compressor-related enquiries
  • Look after key accounts anddevelop new accounts
  • Work as a team with colleagues to coordinate Projects (i.e. complex site installations of compressed air systems, inc. pipework) and assist with pricing.

The Candidate:

  • Have experience of selling compressed air equipment either for a manufacturer or distributor
  • Have demonstrable field-based sales experience within a technical environment
  • Have an ability to travel to Aylesbury once per week.
  • Have a high level of attention for detail and accuracy;
  • Have good communication skills;
  • Have excellent timekeeping;
  • Have a UK driving licence;
  • Be eligible to work in the UK.
