Financial Planning Manager - Alresford - £50K plus DOEAre you an IFA with an existing client bank? If you are, please keep on reading!Overview of Role???????In this role, you will be assisting the Managing Director with the development, maintenance, and growth of the Company’s financial planning proposition.The successful candidate will have a strong financial planning background and will be experienced in marketing, engaging, and managing private client financial planning, in a risk-controlled manner.The successful candidate must have experience in:
- Cashflow Modeling
- UK taxation and tax mitigation strategies
- Retirement Planning,
- Protection
- Investments
My client is a flexible employer, and the role may be either full-time or part-time, and flexibility is available for the successful candidate to work primarily, or partially, from home. All required IT hardware, support, and professional development will be provided.Relevant experience, skills, and knowledge:Experience
- Experience in providing fee-based financial planning services to private clients, in a 'professional’ environment.
- Experience in promoting (but not managing) discretionary investment services.
Knowledge
- Knowledge of UK financial products, with a particular focus on investment advice, personal financial strategies, cashflow management, protection retirement planning, and tax planning.
- Knowledge and understanding of the high-level standards expected by the FCA, and a good understanding and knowledge/awareness of other relevant legislation.
Qualification and Requirements
- At least Level 4 qualified and, preferably, a Chartered Financial Planner and Certified Financial Planner.
- A current, or recent SPS.
- An existing client bank that can be brought over.
