As an Operations Executive, you will be instrumental in ensuring their services are delivered to the highest standards, embodying their core values of customer-first service and ethical operations.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Collaborate with the Head of Logistics to ensure jobs are allocated efficiently and promptly.
- Manage all customer interactions according to the company's values, handling enquiries and ensuring a superior customer experience.
- Drive revenue by proactively taking bookings to support the Sales function as needed.
- Address and resolve problems as they arise, effectively managing queries and complaints from customers.
- Assist Waste Collection Partners with operational issues that arise on jobs.
- Support Quality Assurance processes to monitor and uphold business performance and standards.
- Contribute to business reporting and compliance processes.
- Document existing processes and implement new processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and adaptability.

- Proven ability to work effectively within a team.
- Experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role within a tech-driven environment is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
