CNC Lathe Programmer / Setter / Operator required for a Hatfield based manufacturer. Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturer of precision engineering parts supplying a range of industries including aerospace, defence and robotics who are seeking an experienced CNC Turner with experience with online programming to join the team.
CNC Lathe Programmer / Setter / Operator Position Overview- Programming, setting and operating of Mazak CNC lathes
- Carrying out inspection of first-off parts
- Ensuring components are manufactured to a high standard in accordance with specifications
- Seeking opportunity for continuous improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives
- Experience with programming, setting and operating Mazak CNC lathes
- Experience with Mazak matrix and smooth controls
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Based in a commutable distance of Hatfield in Hertfordshire
- Competitive salary
- Monday to Thursday 07:45 - 16:45. Friday 07:45 - 12:45
