Are you a Press Brake Operator or similar from a Sheet Metal background looking for a varied role within a well-established Sheet Metal Fabrication company offering flexible working hours, premium overtime, and a company bonus to increase earnings?

This well-established sheet metal fabrication company have been providing their service for over 60 years into a variety of industries including Medical, Transport, and Aerospace. They pride themselves in providing its employees with a fantastic work life balance and plenty of opportunity to boost your earnings, and due to continual growth are looking for a new Sheet Metal Fabricator to join the team of 13.

In this dynamic role you will be setting and operating various press brake machines as well as training up on the laser cutter equipment that the company uses. Alongside this you will be also conduct various fabrication duties including drilling holes, counter sinking and other responsibilities. You will be working 35 hours per week with flexible hours to suit your schedule, with the possibility of a 4 day working week on offer. Premium overtime opportunities are readily available and are paid at 1.33x.

The Role:

• Assisting metalwork supervisor in machine setup
• Conducting Quality Checks and other metal fabrication duties
• Ensure press brake machines are set up and operated to achieve optimal output and quality
• Monday to Thursday, Flexitime, 35 hours a week, unlimited overtime paid at 1.33x

• Press Brake Operator or similar
• Sheet Metalwork background
• Commutable to Hatfield
