Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

路Managing complex diaries and scheduling meetings efficiently.

路Coordinating UK and international travel, ensuring seamless arrangements.

路Preparing and formatting key documents, reports, and correspondence.

路Overseeing inbox management, prioritising tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.

路Liaising on behalf of the MD with internal teams and external clients.

路Organising meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.

路Planning corporate events, conferences, and exhibitions.

路Handling office administration and ad hoc tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
