Reed is working with a leading pharmaceutical organisation with an extensive global portfolio. Reporting into the Regional Director this is a commercial, dynamic and busy role supporting a team of 10.
The Role:
- Arranging MS teams meetings
- Travel arrangements.
- Diary management
- Expenses
- Compliance
- Updating Internet/web content
- Project Co-ordination
- Database management
- Managing communications
- Internal and external stakeholder communications
- Some international travel
- Ad-hoc tasks
Person Spec:
- Demonstratable experience supporting a team.
- Pharma experience is preferred.
- Experience organising medium-large scale meetings.
- IT skills
- SAP (desirable)
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proactive, flexible, driven and committed.
- Strong organisation
