Role: Energy Efficiency Compliance Manager (PAS2030)

Location: Hatfield office base + frequent travel to sites across London & SE

Salary: up to £40k DOE + Car Allowance

Summary:

A new opportunity has arisen for an Energy Efficiency Compliance manager, with a strong understanding of PAS2030, to join a leading energy solutions company. You will be responsible for collating, validating and preparing PAS2030:2019 compliance paperwork within contractual deadlines & lead on adherence to scheme delivery requirements in line with funding and accreditation requirements. If you have experience in a similar role with a good understanding of Retrofit schemes and the installation of Energy Efficiency measures, apply today!

Key responsibilities:

  • Management of PAS2030 Compliance Team
  • Lead on producing of all necessary paperwork associated with installation of Energy Efficiency measures in line with PAS2030 process
  • Ownership of internal and external auditing process for national accreditation
  • Lead on compliance advice to regional delivery teams regarding energy efficiency measures.
  • Ownership of all Strategic Partner contractual deadlines.
  • Liaising with Project/Site Managers & visiting sites to ensuring full compliance
  • Engage with key supply chain partners to support effective development and delivery
  • Assist with the collation of relevant data and the preparation of reports.

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience with retrofit or funded retrofit schemes
  • Excellent understanding of PAS2030 and PAS2035 compliance requirements
  • An understanding of the installation of external wall insultation & its process
  • Technical monitoring experience (ECO funding OR SHDF) - Desirable
  • Previous leadership experience in a similar role
  • Full Driving Licence and comfortable driving to a variety of sites as required
  • Well organised with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Relevant Health & Safety Training
