Joining a well-established firm of Accountants as part of their friendly bookkeeping team. You will take responsibility for:
- Bookkeeping duties for a varied portfolio of clients
- Banking and bank reconciliations
- Preparation of client VAT returns
- Assisting with payroll duties and pension administration
- Answering client queries regarding bookkeeping
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Use of Xero software
The firm can consider both full or part-time candidates, circa 16 hours a week and upwards, and can be flexible regarding how these hours are spread. They also offer some hybrid working. Experience working within a firm of Accountants or bookkeeping bureau would be highly beneficial, but not essential. You will need strong bookkeeping experience.
