Our amazing client, a very unique venue using the finest on site ingredients is looking for a Sou Chef working Thursday - Monday.
This venue is at a 1-2 Rosette level creating fresh stunning cuisine with a brigade of 6 chefs. This is a busy venue that will include events and special one-off requests. This role requires an operator who can lead from the front line as a true people leader.
