Would you like to become a professional Recruitment Consultant working for a successful business that offers excellent training leading to an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Recruitment?

FPR Group are currently recruiting for driven and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join their successful team of recruiters in Havant. We will offer a highly competitive starting salary of £25000, with commission on top of this you can expect to earn at least £30000 in your first year with us!

As well as learning day to day from our established recruiters we are also offering the opportunity to complete a comprehensive 15-month course through "recruitment juice" leading to professional recruitment industry qualifications. You will be fully supported by your manager, the team and an external mentor giving you the best possible head start over other trainee recruiters so that you can truly succeed in our amazing industry!

The team specialise in recruiting permanent manufacturing, technical & engineering candidates for jobs across sectors such as Aerospace, Automotive, Automation, Filtration, FMCG, Life Sciences, IT and Marine.

What will I learn to do? As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn to source, interview and represent the best candidates available for our clients. We will coach you to develop excellent client and candidate relationships to ensure the highest quality recruitment process in the industry. What do I need?

  • You will require a minimum Grade C in both GCSE English and Maths to qualify for the Level 3 Diploma in Recruitment.
  • It is expected that you will either be a recent graduate or possess at least 2 years' work experience incorporating a customer service aspect.
  • Demonstrable self-starting attitude, a keenness to receive feedback, listen and take direction with clear goals set to strive for.
