Full Time Contract ( 3 months long)

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking an Employee Services Officer in Havering. This is a contract without a scope for extension working full time hours.

The job:

• First point of contact for completing routine queries and workflow relating to Employment and Position Changes
• Prepare contracts of employments, contractual change notifications and associated variations
• Manage and resolve routine queries Employment, Position or System related issues.
• Attending drop in sessions or one-one training sessions, with managers or employees
• Maintain performance recording databases in respect of key performance indicators within the team

The candidate:

• Experience in a similar role is essential
• Experience in a similar role within the public sector is preferred
• Experience of having used a computer system, familiar with MS Office
• Experience of dealing with the members of the public
