Finishing Foreman

O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Finishing Manager for a commercial project in Haydock. The candiate must be able to supervise the finishing aspects of the project, snagging and organisie sub-contractors to carry out the works to a high standard.

Role:

• Work alongside Site Manager & Site Team.
• Responsible for ensuring that trades and subcontractors complete works to a high standard to completion.
• Prepare necessary snag lists.
• Delegating/Managing trades and sub-contractors.
• Maintaining and promoting Health & Safety and environmental standards.
• Liaise with other department managers and other members of the construction team.
• Reporting to the Site Manager on Health & Safety, site logistics, progression of work.

Requirements:

• As a Finishing Foreman or Finishing Manager you will ideally come from a trade’s background and have a minimum 3 years experience carrying out a similar role.
• Possession of SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card qualifications.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational capabilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality projects within deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
