- Minimum 5 years HR Manager experience
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, internal communication, training, health and safety, staff welfare, administration, workforce planning, employee relations, and the implementation of international HR programs.
- Collaborate with managers for workforce and organizational planning, succession planning, and talent assessments.
- Act as a change agent within the organization.
- Administer talent management activities including the annual performance management cycle.
- Support and lead employee surveys, including debriefing results and action planning.
- Measure and report HR KPI performance to managers, benchmarking against international and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, including Home Office Immigration Act.
- Maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of all personnel records.
- Provide expertise in local Compensation and Benefits and assist employees with queries.
- Analyse and lead training requirements, including mandatory and corporate training.
- Lead and support international HR projects as required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- CIPD Level 5.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR Manager/Generalist experience.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional Nordic languages are a bonus.
- Preferably experienced as an HR Manager within the retail sector.
- Experience with a global organisation and working in both direct and matrix organisational environments.
- HRIS implementation experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Coaching and training experience preferred.
