Key Responsibilities:- Liaising with airlines, agents, customers and origin offices to arrange the smooth handling of shipments
- Arranging collections for freight from the airline, arranging deliveries to customers and completing invoicing
- Dealing with customer queries whilst supporting the customs team
- Liaise with various branches to arrange their trucking requirements and managed the inbound Air Freight
- Manage Air Import Shipments: Coordinate and oversee the entire air import process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Customs Compliance: Ensure all documentation and procedures comply with international customs regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Liaison with Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with airlines, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners.
- Minimum of 1 year experience within the Freight Forwarding industry .
- In-depth understanding of CHIEF/CDS entried for Import/Export.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Highly organised and accustomed to working in a fast paced environment
- Computer literate, knowledge of AS400 and ASM Sequoia advantageous
- Understand requirements and operational procedures
