This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident Sales Administration Manager to join a Company that offers technical support well known national organisations.

Some of your duties will include:

- Providing all-round support for consumer customers on a wide range of issues

- Managing a wide range of consumer queries and ensuring all issues are resolved

- Answering incoming telephone calls and establishing exact nature of customer enquiry

- Dealing with goods that have been damaged in transit and co-ordinating replacements

- Handling missing deliveries and tracking goods that have been lost in transit
