Joining a friendly, small company seeking a new Part-time Bookkeeper in their accountancy team. You will be responsible for assisting with a range of day to day duties including:
- Sales ledger
- Purchase ledger
- Assisting with banking and bank reconciliations as needed
- Light credit control duties
- Assisting with VAT returns
- Some general administration
- Answering phones and directly customer queries occasionally
The company are ideally looking for someone to work circa 20-25 hours but can be flexible and consider slightly more / less to suit the right candidate. The company can be flexible regarding how these hours are spread over the week. Previous use of Sage and/or Xero software would be beneficial
