As a Programme Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our projects' success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting and refining strategy, methodologies, and work practices for the project team.
  • Maintaining regular communication with key accounts to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Proficiently managing project portfolios and timelines.
  • Generating comprehensive project solution documentation.
  • Setting, monitoring, and adapting project objectives as needed.
  • Overseeing variations to project scope through effective change control procedures.
  • Providing support to colleagues as required to ensure project success.
  • Ensuring timely and efficient adherence to deadlines.
  • Mentoring and guiding project staff, including third-party contributors and contractors.
  • Adhering to WB Power Services Ltd ISO9001/14001/ISO 45001 policies and procedures.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, utilities, or mechanical projects.
  • Proficiency in managing teams with diverse technical expertise and seniority levels.
  • Preferably, previous exposure to mechanical environments.
  • Strong familiarity with project management processes and tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Competence in IT systems, with a willingness to learn our ERP.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
  • A knack for engaging with customers from various industries.
